COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE

Personal mastery and collective, intelligence in adult education was a Grundtvig course in Limassol Cyprus. There was international collaboration in an interdisciplinary, widely experienced group. 

Some theory and a lot of practice shared by Greek, Slovenian, Polish, German, Algerian and Finnish participants. From the first moment it was obvious that professional understanding wipes out boundaries between nationalities and languages.

You cannot study co-operation or interaction in theory. The best impact of the course was interaction and co-operation in action, being, doing, thinking, discussing, experiencing and reflecting together. Of course there were also methods to learn and apply but the real learning happened in the heart of the group, in the intersection of minds.

In my mastery course I found one level more: to listen with heart. That was my diploma work, but it is only the top of the iceberg. There is a lot more, some still unconscious and below the surface waiting to form some new synapses in my brain and connections in my mind. 


 
 Networking and all those connections born in the group will go on in a process that will continue on different platforms in the European virtual sky.
